You can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying. Contact us through Help & Support with the item's name.

Refunds are reviewed and issued by the JK Verse team. Once refunded, access to that content ends.

If a parent bought content for a child, the refund goes back to the parent who paid.

After 7 days, purchases can't be refunded, except where the law requires it.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the session starts: full refund.

Cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund, and the tutor is paid for the reserved time.

If the tutor cancels: full refund, whenever it happens.

If something went wrong (the tutor didn't show up, the session wasn't as described, or a technical problem), raise a problem from the booking within 48 hours after it ends. The tutor can respond, and the JK Verse team decides on a full, partial or no refund.

If your payment arrives after someone else took the slot, you get a full refund.

Plus and school places are paid once for a fixed period and don't renew by themselves.
